Buzz Perks (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you submit the “Register Your Interest” form on our website.

We act as the data controller for the information you provide through this form.

When you fill in the Merchant Interest form we may collect:
– Company name
– Your name
– Email address
– Any optional message or suggested discount/perk details you provide

We do not collect special category data (e.g. health, race, religion) through this form.

Directly from you when you voluntarily complete and submit the form.

We do not sell your data.

– Our hosting provider (for storage – UK/EU based)
– Our email service provider (for sending replies – GDPR compliant provider)

We do not transfer your data outside the UK/EEA.

5. How long we keep your data
We keep the information for 18 months after submission or until the launch period ends (whichever is sooner), unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

After this time we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise it.
